LubeControl GmbH – Insight

LubeControl GmbH is a young company with many years of experience and was founded in February 2022 in Freyburg (Unstrut) by Dr. Barbara Monse in order to continue the service valued by customers combined with a high level of expertise.

Dr. Monse can look back on more than 15 years of experience in the field of lubricants and their analysis. She has worked for various laboratories and developed the market for them – ALcontrol Laboratories (later SYNLAB Analytics & Service and now SGS) and Bureau Veritas Commodities. She is not only familiar with the laboratory side, but also with the lubricant manufacturers and users and their requirements for modern oil and fuel analysis. But other operating fluids such as greases or coolants are not neglected either.

The aim of LubeControl GmbH is to offer an independent service coupled with a high degree of flexibility in order to meet the requirements of different industries and applications. And at a fair price. The customer is the focus – not the analytics!

LubeControl GmbH does not currently maintain a laboratory, but works with selected laboratories that are accredited in accordance with ISO 17025. This means that even unusual requests that are not part of the standard repertoire of a commercial oil laboratory can be met. All laboratories undergo a detailed qualification process before selection in order to meet the quality requirements of LubeControl GmbH. Thanks to an excellent logistics concept, the samples are quickly sent by DHL Express to the laboratory that is best qualified to deal with the problem. The customer simply sends everything to Freyburg – LubeControl GmbH takes care of the rest. Everything from a single source.

In addition to analytical services, LubeControl GmbH attaches great importance to providing advice, not only on questions relating to the results of oil and fuel analysis, but also on a best analytical program or on suitable tests in case of damage or problems.

Solutions are therefore offered for all industries and applications in which lubricants and related operating fluids are used, such as
