LubeControl GmbH is a young company with many years of experience. It was founded in February 2022 in Freyburg (Unstrut) by Dr. Barbara Monse to continue offering the service valued by customers, combined with a high level of expertise.
Dr. Monse has more than 15 years of experience in the field of lubricants and their analysis. She has worked for various laboratories and developed the market for them—ALcontrol Laboratories (later SYNLAB Analytics & Service and now SGS) and Bureau Veritas Commodities. As a result, she is familiar not only with the laboratory side of the business but also with that of lubricant manufacturers and users, as well as their requirements for modern oil and fuel analysis. Other operating materials such as greases and coolants are also given due attention.
The goal of LubeControl GmbH is to offer an independent service, combined with a high degree of flexibility, to meet the requirements of various industries and applications. And all this at a fair price. The customer is the focus—not the analysis!
LubeControl GmbH does not currently maintain its own laboratory but collaborates with selected laboratories that are accredited to ISO 17025. This allows us to handle even unusual requests that fall outside the standard scope of a commercial oil laboratory. All laboratories undergo a thorough qualification process prior to selection to ensure they meet LubeControl GmbH’s quality requirements. Thanks to an excellent logistics concept, samples are quickly shipped via DHL Express to the laboratory best qualified to address the specific issue. The customer simply sends everything to Freyburg—LubeControl GmbH takes care of the rest. Everything from a single source.
In addition to analysis, LubeControl GmbH places great emphasis on consulting, not only regarding questions about the results of oil and fuel analysis, but also regarding a suitable testing program for an analysis program to be implemented or appropriate analyses in cases of damage or problems.
