Sample Accompanying Forms


Would you like to send us a sample but don’t have a sample submission form on hand?

For us, the so-called kit reference numbers, starting with PRE010xxxx or QR000xxxxx, serve as proof that you have already paid for your analysis.

You can fill out the Online Sample Submission Form in PDF format, print it out, and include it with the sample, or send it to us by clicking the email icon.

If you have a kit reference number, please enter it. If not, we will bill you for the sample retroactively at the individual analysis rate.

New Machines


Do you have a new machine that you would like us to add to our TESSWEB database?

Here you will find forms that you can fill out online in PDF format and send to us. We will take care of the rest, as agreed.

For registered customers, we offer returns of samples via DHL. Upon request, we will send you pre-printed return labels, either in paper form or via email for you to print yourself.

For non-registered customers, the costs will be billed retroactively.

Please use our return envelopes and ensure they are properly stamped!


Currently, a return shipment via the post office in Germany costs 2.90 EUR. If return shipments are not sufficiently stamped, this results in considerable additional costs (additional postage + pickup at the post office), which we must charge you 5.00 EUR per sample. In addition, this significantly delays the time between the sample collection date and the analysis report!
