For registered customers we offer return of samples with DHL. On request, we will send you prepared return labels in paper form or by e-mail for you to print out yourself.
For non-registered customers, the costs will be invoiced retrospectively.

By post:
Use our returns envelopes and make sure they are sufficiently franked!
A return shipment by post in Germany currently costs EUR 2.75.
If returns are not sufficiently stamped, this will result in considerable additional costs (additional postage + collection from the post office), which we will have to charge you EUR 5 per sample. This also significantly delays the time between the sampling date and the analysis report!
