Coolant

Regular coolant analyses have long since become routine – and yet are usually underestimated.

More and more engine manufacturers and service companies are recognizing and appreciating the importance of coolant analysis. It is no longer sufficient to simply replace the coolant every 2 to 4 (or more) years without having checked its condition.

Through a professional analysis, you can determine whether

  • the coolant is suitable for further use;
  • the correct water quality is used;
  • there is a mixture with other coolants (different additives are not compatible);
  • overheating has taken place, which leads to the breakdown of
    • ethylene glycol (formation of acidic components);
    • additives (insufficient protection of metal surfaces against corrosion).

In addition to coolants with antifreeze, we also examine those without, which are usually mixed with corrosion inhibitors.
