GAS ENGINE OIL ANALYSIS

Gas engine oil analysis: Detect engine damage before it occurs

Gas engines in combined heat and power plants (CHP), combined heat and power plants (CHP) and stationary industrial plants are dependent on perfect lubrication and cooling. Even slight changes in the oil condition can indicate impending engine damage – long before a failure becomes visible.

LubeControl GmbH offers professional laboratory analyses for gas engine oils and coolants. Our investigations help operators to optimize maintenance intervals, avoid unplanned downtimes and extend the service life of expensive units.

For which motors and systems are the analyses suitable?

Our analyses are tailored to all common gas engine types, including

  • MAN gas engines (E302x, E362x, E402x and others)
  • Innio Jenbacher (J208 to J624)
  • Caterpillar gas engines
  • Deutz / MWM gas engines
  • 2G, Viessmann, Senertec, Sokratherm and other CHP manufacturers
  • Stationary industrial and emergency power generators in gas operation

In addition to natural gas and biogas engines, LubeControl also analyzes systems with pilot jet operation (Schnell, Scania) as well as engines that are operated with heating oil or diesel as an ignition aid.
